I love top 10 lists. Not necessarily because I agree with every point in them, but because they make for easy reading and for very bookmarkable resources. Here's another one worth adding to your favorites.

Usability News has a nice article on the "ten issues we most often see that prevent websites from succeeding". This list of things to look out for would work as a great check list for doing a quick and dirty heuristic evaluation of any web site.

Footnote: I would highly recommend subscribing to their newsletter too.
