The industrious Vitaly Friedman has launched a new project: a collection of CSS menus.
The site also includes screenshots of navbars from a variety of sites. In the fashion of CSS Zen Garden, you can submit your own CSS navigation designs, using a common template.
Could be very interesting if it takes off and gets some love from the design community.

For some reason I can't seem to access his site. I get this message:
You don't have permission to access /css-showcase/ on this server.
I tried googling his name and found his free font site but I get the same error:
You don't have permission to access /blog/article/20-best-license-free-official-fonts on this server

Hmmm, looks like the site is still down. Some link that turned out to be!

Interesting...Though I have to say I opened it and closed it almost seconds later, and then read more about what you said, and went back. Due to the fact there was an unbelievabley ugly navigation (Green and red chrome) - but after some navigation through the site, it was clear that its not a bad site afterall. Good find!
