Here's a great idea for sprucing up your office wall — the 2006 bad usability calendar.

This is a great reference for people who are less familiar with core usability concepts. I can think of a number of people who update sites on our intranet who would benefit from having this close to hand when they hit 'publish'.

And there's nothing like using a little humor to bring the message home.
