  2. Unfortunately, I don’t have specific data on the conversion rates for these abandoned cart emails. However, there are studies out there. As for the ‘decline in successful email marketing’, I’m not sure what you’re referring to. Email marketing is still a vibrant and powerful marketing tool, far more so than social marketing or other forms of marketing such as pay per click.

  4. David — I was using the built-in feature that comes with Magento Enterprise Edition. However, it only works for logged in customers and so does not work for guest checkout customers who abandon their carts. We’re now working with Barilliance to set up an abandoned cart program using their service.
